So what is it?

The 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout is a chance for you to get in shape in just 8 weeks, by exercising for 22 minutes a day, following a basic-training style program. See the entire program demo video here.

At the end of the 8 weeks, you should find that you’re in true boot camp shame. The workouts are short, but they’re intense, and they undeniably get some results if you do them properly.

Ultimately, I feel by looking at this and from experience that your physique will be less impressive on completion than if you were using something like Visual Impact.  But, this is still a good beginners program none-the-less as it will make you work hard.

Finding the Time to Train

If you’re one of those people that struggles to find the time to train, then the 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout may be something you’re looking for.

It’s a focused program that ensures that the whole body gets a workout. It’s designed to be simple for people from day one, and yet still challenging. Because it doesn’t need a huge amount of sophisticated equipment, you can do it anywhere and squeeze in the time at your convenience, so there should be no excuses.

Ultimately, I always workout for 30+ minutes so 22 minutes feels a bit light to me.  I am not advocating crushing an hour or so but more along the lines of 35-45 minutes highlighted in Visual Impact.

What’s in The Hard Corps 22 Minute Workout?

The 22 minute program involves eight unique workouts that are designed to keep you moving and keep you interested. It starts with a heart pumping seven minute workout including floor work and plyometric exercises, before moving on to a ten-move drill for your back, abs and obliques, and then another drill of five simple moves, where you push the pace for three back to back rounds.

It’s simple exercises, but done right, done fast, and done non-stop, to ensure that you get you at least some toning and slim-down results.

Before you start, you will be given a test. Record the results and use them to track your progress. Come back throughout the eight weeks, and see how much fitter, stronger and more explosive you’ve gotten.

Overall, I feel this is a good but not great program and if you really want a long-term solution use something that builds and advances your muscles like I teach in my Visual Impact review.
